Who are they?
Gaming geeks who are well aware of the types of game mechanics that attract and retain players.
What do they do?
Generate ideas, define mechanics, create levels and game events. Together with the marketing team, they test ideas by looking into their efficacy.
Who are they?
Illustrators, animators, 3D modelers, and designers are responsible for making sure games look amazing and aren't a pain to play.
What do they do?
They develop characters, create illustrations and models, design interfaces.
Who are they?
Developers are known for their analytical mindset, logical thinking, and ability to come up with new ideas while also improving what's already there.
What do they do?
They write programs for smartphones and servers, bringing together and giving life to everything created by other departments. It's painstaking work that takes highly trained professionals to do right.
Who are they?
These guys know their audience, plan ahead, analyze results, are detail-oriented and in constant communication with our partners...and that's just the beginning.
What do they do?
They promote both our games and our clients' projects while also being responsible for the creative side, testing hypotheses, analyzing ad campaigns, and ensuring said campaigns are effective.
Who are they?
Empaths whose number one priority is to help out players. They've got great communication skills and the ability to ameliorate pretty much any situation.
What do they do?
They process player submissions, reply to app store reviews, organize in-game competitions and events, and represent games on social media.
Who are they?
The most organized people out there. They keep a close eye on tasks, employees, deadlines, and quality.
What do they do?
Managers are responsible for projects from start to finish. They manage budgets, deadlines, and teams, all while assigning tasks, resolving issues, and doing whatever needs to be done to meet goals on time.

It's hard to imagine anything getting past these attentive creative people, especially bugs!

QA specialists diligently test games before they're released. Their primary objective is to find errors and reproduce them. Their hard work ensures peace of mind for both players and developers!
